As a local farmer, with fuel prices rising, it makes me sick as a pig that the 127-year-old livestock market that got destroyed over eight years ago has not been replaced.
There are many farmers and local residents who feel the same.
A livestock market is part of our historic town's culture, but there is only so much we can badger the council.
It looks as if plans to re-home the market in nearby Raglan is another cock-and-bull story. They still say they are going through planning but it has been donkey's years.
They just seem to be horsing around and it really gets my goat.
