I would like to say how well organised the 'Walk the Wye' event on Sunday was.

I would particularly like to thank the lovely marshal at Bigsweir Bridge who very kindly lifted my rather hefty Labrador, Rosie, over the stile at the beginning.

Without his help we could not have started the walk, let alone got to the end to raise money for this worthy cause. His good humour got us off to a flying start and I very much hope he has now recovered.

A thoroughly enjoyable way of raising money. We'll certainly be there next year.
