SOME beautiful WEATHER greeted a touring side from Boston, Lincolnshire on Saturday. Last season, the tourists just edged a win, but this year Monmouth showed the visitors what team rugby was all about.

From kickoff to the final whistle, the Monmouth under-14s side was dominant, and coach Lloyd Davies rotated the large squad to good effect.

The final score was 46-nil, and it was a try procession for the rampant Warriors. All the squad members performed to a high standard. Once again the pack was solid, and strikes against the head by Oscar Hughes were too numerous to record. Strong runs from Joe Bezani, Tom Hawkins, Jordan Southway and Andy Morgan were a joy to watch.
