I am pleased to confirm that I was elected treasurer of the newly-created Monmouth branch of UKIP Wales.

Hugh Buzza (from Chepstow) was elected secretary and our very own local grammar school science master Gareth Dunn (Monmouth) was made chairman.

We had a lively meeting at the usual venue of the Kings Head and look forward to a growing membership of our new branch.
