SIR,
I'm sad to hear Jean Little is considering not voting at the forthcoming general election ('No vote for failures', 3rd March), but we all have choices. No doubt she will be able to challenge party campaigners in the run up to the election, especially county councillors and others, of dereliction of duty.
What makes me more concerned is a lawful court judgement not being carried out. Why? Whose responsibility is that? Is it Monmouthshire County Council? Is it the police?
I was under the impression a public highway is for the use of the public. Why can't she use it? Does this apply to all Llandogo users?
Questions and evidence of alleged public sector dereliction of duty need immediate attention. This issue, which apparently is causing so much misery, needs transparency and honest resolve.
