Llwydcoed moved into the last sixteen of the Nathaniel League Cup after a pulsating extra time victory over Monmouth Town, who missed a string of chances in both normal time and then extra time.
The visitors finished the match with ten players, so an even better result for them, but more disappointment for the Kingfishers.
Town, as in previous encounters, put Llwydcoed to the sword,and, if they had taken their earlier chances, the result could have been so different.
