A Gwent sailor has been presented with one of the Royal Yachting Association's most prestigious awards by HRH the Princess Royal, President of the RYA, at the organisation's annual awards ceremony held in London.
Llangorse Sailing Club's vice president Chris Holt received the Lifetime Commitment award for his work trying to improve the facilities and the running of the club.
