A Tintern pub was prosecuted last week for food hygiene offences.
The case against the Rose and Crown public house, Monmouth Road in Tintern, was heard at Abergavenny Magistrates Court.
Mr David Stafford, of the Rose and Crown, pleaded guilty to three offences under the Food Hygiene (Wales) Regulations 2006.
Mr Stafford was fined a total of £1200, plus £1412 costs.
