The village scored 90 points out of a possible 100 during an unannounced visit from judges.
The prize of vouchers for Chepstow Garden Centre and a certificate were presented to Trevor Phillips on behalf of the village last Friday (9th September).
Judges' comments said Raglan's war memorial was attractively planted, the churchyard was well cut and neatly cared for, and they liked the floral displays along High Street and within the police station.
