THE Narth Run is back for its third year and promises to be a fun event for all runners of different ages and abilities.

Three races have been planned for this Sunday (21st June) and runners will travel through Maryland Woods and Trellech Common.

Runners can opt for a 2.5k fun run, a two lap 5k race or a four lap 10k race.

The 10k race will include men's and women's team races.

Prizes and commemorative shields will be given to all race winners and medals will be dished out to all who finish the fun run.

All races will take place off road on a mixture of forest roads, narrow paths, uneven grounds and hills.

Refreshments will be provided by the WI.
