Emma and Janet Croft give a big thank you to everyone who came and supported their Coffee Morning, held at the The Royal Oak, in aid of the Breast Cancer Campaign with a donation to Bridges Breast Cancer Support Group.  The morning was a great success and we raised £1,050.

Special thanks to Doug and Jude for their continued help and support in making the morning possible. Our thanks also to the Beacon for advertising the event. We are grateful to the following businesses for their raffle donations – Envee, La Piaza, M&S, Celestial Adornment, Monmouth Nails, Bees for Development, Stephen's Book Shop, Cotton Angel, Monmouth Photo Shop, Rossers, Artico, Munday and Jones, Costa Coffee, Bo Jangles, Monmouth Teas, The Robin Hood, Jewel Balti, Budgens and Hallmark. To all family and friends who donated raffle prizes, helped with the baking and gave generously of their time a very big thank you to you all.

The Breast Cancer Support Group holds a meeting the first Wednesday of every month, 7.30pm, at Bridges and we would be delighted to see anyone who wishes to come along. It is a fun group as well as offering support.

We look forward to seeing you all at our next fundraising event.
