I am delighted to thank all those who helped us to a very successful bag pack at the Co-operative supermarket in Monmouth on Friday.

We met lots of lovely people and raised £138.47 for the vital work of Hands Around the World. This locally-based charity helps disadvantaged children mainly in Africa, and more than 2000 children benefit every day.

In the course of our work we send short-term volunteers overseas; at the moment we are looking for new prospective volunteers (aged 21 to 78) for three weeks to three months placements in various locations.
