MADAM,

I recently tripped on the pavement outside Iceland, resulting in a nasty fall.

Very sincere thanks to the Iceland staff and the delivering bread man who came instantly to my aid. While they tried to stop the bleeding they rang for medical assistance and my husband.

Thanks also to the paramedic who responded, attended to my injuries at the scene, then transported me to A&E at Neville Hall for urgent treatment.

The staff there were also excellent and after five hours I was allowed home where I’m now making a good recovery.
