SIR,

I would like to say a huge thank you to all those who came along to support the Raise the Roof Campaign Coffee Morning in Raglan Church on Saturday 26th October.

This was the first event we held in support of the fund and we are pleased to announce we made £273 in total so we are off the starting blocks.

I would like to extend special thanks to all those who donated the many delicious cakes, all gratefully received, thanks to Andrew at Nisa for donating the beverages, the stall holders for their contribution and support along with thanks to Glenys Jones and Maggie Miles for their help in making and serving the beverages. We had a great morning and we are now looking forward to the next event - a quiz night in December.

We have also received other donations to the fund from those who couldn't make the event so thank you to all.
