Monmouth and Coleford Tae Kwon Do Club continues to help student Mark Williamson's efforts to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Chief instructor, Master Tony Farr, enlisted the aid of more than 20 members of his class, alongside students and instructors from Abergavenny and Cinderford to make this year's annual Monmouth Tae Kwon Do Fun Run the biggest and most successful so far.

"It's good to do more than just our martial art, get out and try something different and raise some money for a great cause," said Tony.

The 5k run raised a fantastic £1,854.
