SIR, I would like to thank Action On Hearing Loss for giving me the chance to run my own group in Bridges Community Centre, it has been something I have always wanted to do. I am hard of hearing myself and I have a condition called MPS (Mucopolysaccharide) for which I have weekly infusions at University Hospital Wales Cardiff. I would also like to thank Sarah for being part of the group and without whom I could not run the group. To my lovely ladies who turn up every last Wednesday of the month for the three C's, coffee, cake and chat. May I take this opportunity to invite anyone with or without a hearing impairment to come along on Wednesday 29th April at 2pm to the Savoy Theatre and watch the Water Diviner with subtitles to support your local theatre and those with a hearing loss to be able to get access to films with subtitles (normal entry fee applicable).
