The Haberdashers Monmouth School for Girls lacrosse first team played Cheltenham Ladies College. With Welsh lacrosse trails being held on the same weekend, the team was without five key players. However, with more than a few players making their debut for the 1st team, everybody gave 100 % and came out on top, winning 8-5. This was a great result for the team and gave them a real boost before playing Morton Hall in Oswestry on the 2nd December. The team played some fantastic lacrosse, against one of the strongest teams in the area. Everyone in the team played to their best, despite the harsh conditions, resulting in an 11-2 win.
