The members of Monmouth Fitness Club, founded in 1973, attend circuit training at Monmouth School Sports Club, 7pm to 8pm every Tuesday and Thursday.

Credit to all the members of the fitness club, who during the sessions on 15th, 17th, 22nd and 24th May, contributed the £200 collected to the Sport Relief charity.
