SIR, As chairman of Monmouth Town Council planning committee, I would like to invite members of the public to a special meeting on Monday 9th February, starting at 7pm (subject to final confirmations from Monmouthshire County Council and the site's developer). At the meeting, a presentation will be made regarding the development, after which members of the public may speak and ask questions. Those wishing to speak are asked to inform the chairman by email at [email protected]">[email protected] prior to the meeting. At the end of the meeting, the planning committee will make its recommendation regarding the development.
