Police are investigating break-ins at the sports pavillion, two cafes and a house in Monmouth over the weekend.
The pavillion at the Sports Ground was broken into sometime between 9pm on Sunday (15th September) and 9am the following morning.
A quantity of alcohol, a sound system and television were stolen.
Officers were also called to Aslans in the Oldway Centre on Monday morning, and found a break-in had taken place the night before and a small amount of cash had been stolen.
Coffee #1 in Monnow Street was also broken into, although nothing was taken, and Gwent Police were called at 6.45am on Monday.
Officers were called at 11.50am on Monday to an address in Wonastow Road.
A 44-year-old man was charged with criminal damage and was due to appear before Caerphilly magistrates yesterday (Tuesday).
Chepstow Rugby Club was broken into on Wednesday 4th September.
Power tools were taken and the offence is being investigated by police.
"It is a bit disheartening because we had our first league games of the season starting on the Saturday and no way of maintaining the pitch," said club captain Shane Reece.
"They stole bolt cutters from the first shed and used them to get in to steal an industrial lawnmower and two strimmers from the second shed.
"We are leaving it a while before replacing the pieces in case they turn up again – we can't afford to replace them just to have them stolen.
"We are approaching people and hire companies to help maintain the pitches over the next couple of weeks."
Anyone with information about any of these offences is asked to call Gwent Police on 101.
