Last Saturday (5th November) I visited the overspill market adjacent to the unsightly public conveniences on the bottom car park.

I noticed a chalkboard propped against the wall of said conveniences advising that 'Monmouth's second market' was situated in the Market Square.

Is this not a little back to front?
