Teenage sprinter Ryan Lee competed in the Welsh Inter regional championships in Deeside last Sunday (4th September), where he was selected to represent South East Wales.

Ryan ran the 100m, 200m and 400m, finishing overall 3rd, 4th and 2nd respectfully.

This was a successful end to the season as all of the best athletes in Wales were competing.

Ryan will now take a break and concentrate on winter training in around six weeks' time.

Ryan would like to thank all who have supported him this season.
