MONMOUTH'S three schools enjoyed a successful day out at the British Rowing Regional Championship Regatta in Nottingham, returning with four medals between them.
The crews were representing the West Country and Wales regional team, competing against similar teams from all over England.
The success began with the WJ15 coxed four from Haberdashers' Monmouth School for Girls (HMSG), who rowed well to win a bronze medal at their first big race of the season.
