THE Spirit of Monmouth Running Club was delighted to hand over money raised by the Santa Fun Run with their matched funding partner, Barclays Bank.

Their main chosen charity this year was Sense Cymru, a disability charity that supports people with complex communication needs. The donation will help people who use services in Wales connect to their communities.

Due to the amazing number of Santas this year, they were also able to support The Monmouth and District Foodbank who provide three days of nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to the charity in crisis.

The club wishes to thank everyone who took part and supported this fantastic event. This year’s event will take place on Sunday 2nd December.
