Monmouth sprinter Ryan Lee competed in the Cwmbran Harriers open meeting last Wednesday evening (3rd August).

The weather was good and brought out a strong field of athletes. Ryan ran the 100m, 200m, and 400m as he competes for Cwmbran.

His results were particularly impressive with a first in the 100m in 11.60, another first in the 200m in a time of 23.45 and a second in the 400m in 51.80.

This puts him back on track as he has been selected to represent East Wales in the inter-regional track and field championships in Deeside on 28th August.
