A Monmouth schoolboy has run 10 kilometres to raise cash for a cancer charity.
Alex Mason, a pupil at Monmouth Comprehensive School, used the gym at Monmouth Leisure Centre to clock up the miles to raise money and awareness for the Orchid Charity.
The charity is close to Alex's heart as a member of his family recently suffered from testicular cancer.
