Tucked away in a quiet house in Osbaston, a flurry of activity is underway behind closed doors.Monmouth resident Philippa Barter is busy creating several outfits for guests of the Royal wedding on 29th April. The highly responsible job would be a mammoth task for any company, but with under two weeks until the big day, the pressure is on for these special designs to be ready. The bespoke garments usually take around three months to create, and with the invitations only going out to recipients recently, Philippa, who works from home with only one part time member of staff, has a busy time ahead. The designer is working the extra hours to complete the pieces, as well as her usual work.Philippa said: "It's a huge honour to be asked."When someone asks you to make their outfit for the royal wedding, you don't say no."
