SIR,

Along with two friends, we have just had a fundraising Rock 'n' Roll dance at Bridges to raise money for St David's Hospice Care.

We had a sell-out night with over 130 people attending.

We raised £1,500 and the reason for this letter is to say a big thank you to those who came and also to the very generous people who donated prizes and some lovely auction prizes.

There are lots of nice people in this lovely town of ours, a special thanks must go to Bob Evans for supplying the food and Shirley Oliver for doing the cooking and the staff at Bridges for all their help.
