A new organisation established to work with young people aged five to 25 years celebrated its launch event earlier this month on Redbrook's Millennium green. Creative Mindz was provided with the perfect platform for young performers and artists to showcase their work. The intention of the launch party was to provide the opportunity for young people in the area to try out the multifarious activities arranged, have a great time and give feedback on their favourites. There was a great turn out on the day with 300 visitors alongside 25 young helpers and artists. All the stalls and activities were well attended with people getting stuck in and having a go, showing a wide variety of interests in the local area and people are keen try something new. Creative Mindz encourages and looks forward to people getting in touch with their experience of the day to support and inform the planning of future projects.
