A recent letter to the Editor about road dangers outside Kymin View School at Wyesham has brought a fierce reaction from two other readers.

SIR,

I have just read the article regarding the parents standing and smoking outside Kymin View Primary School.

I am not happy as I was one of the parents in that picture and I do not stand outside the school smoking.

That picture was taken to try and sort out the safety problems outside the school, not for the oaps of Wyesham to complain about the parents.
