Steve Perez and local co-driver Paul Spooner completed their Rally GB preparations by using last weekend's Cambrian Rally as a final shakedown for next weekend's Rally Great Britain.
The 08 Ford Focus WRC was running on the Perelli controlled tyre that they will have to use next weekend and with much heavier fuel loads. Fourth fastest on the opening test was followed by fastest on the next as the duo were in a ding dong battle for second overall with local man Hugh Hunter in his Focus WRC and the awesome Peugeot-Cosworth of Andy Burton.
