THE Archbishop of Wales, the Most Reverend Rowan Williams confirmed eight candidates at St Cadoc's Church, Raglan, on Sunday, during a service conducted by the Vicar, Rev Simon Guest. All candidates received signed certificates and Volume II of the Church in Wales Prayer Book.
