After reading last weeks letter condemning Monmouth's ambulance service, I would like to compliment the service and the paramedics on the response time and care when my wife was taken ill.

After calling them out, the first response vehicle was at my house in Llandogo within 15 minutes.

The ambulance itself was there within 20 minutes. Again excellent service.

The paramedics were both caring and helpful with my wife and so were the staff at Nevill Hall Hospital.

Monmouth ambulance service, I would like to thank you for your service and I am sure there are many hundreds of other grateful citizens who would like to do the same.
