On behalf of the Monmouth Royal British Legion I would like to thank everyone who contributed during the week of the National Poppy Appeal.

The efforts of all our street collecting volunteers, donations from all our churches and all the shops and businesses who had poppy boxes on their premises has resulted in a magnificent total of £14,091.65.
