I totally agree with the comments by Ian Crawford about the police ignoring parking laws being broken.

I have complained to the police and the council about cars mounting the pavement in St Mary Street, blocking the pavement and parking on yellow lines.

I have seen police officers moving cars on at the junction of St Mary Street and Whitecross Street, where there is room to park, and walk down to St Mary Street, ignoring the cars parked on the pavement, some drivers have even left their engines running.
