Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Tutshill.

The incident happened on the A48 close to the junction with the B4228 at about 8.55pm yesterday (Wednesday 7th March).

A black Mini Cooper driven by a 55-year-old local woman collided with a silver Saab driven by a 42-year-old Lydney man.

The woman suffered minor injuries to her chest, shoulder and ankle and was treated at the scene by paramedics.

The man was uninjured.
