Many people are concerned at the recent shop closures in Chepstow. Many of the great and good are trying to find ways to to encourage more people to shop locally.

Would this also be the same group of people that decided that at the same time it would be a good idea to increase car parking charges as an incentive to people to patronise local businesses?
