A GLIMPSE into what Monmouth of old might have looked like will be on sale in the Shire Hall shop soon.
Monmouth man Peter Bere has spent ten years bringing the past to life by creating pictures of what areas of Monmouth would have looked at certain times in history.
Some of the images include Monmouth Castle, Monnow Bridge and neolithic campsites.
Mr Bere is a reconstruction artist for the Monmouth Archeological Society and spent six to seven weeks of research on each image, some of which are painted and others digitally constructed.
