A DECISION from Monmouthshire County Council about whether or not to approve the conversion of Onen Hall, Llanfihangel-Ystern-Llewern, has been deferred for another day.

The proposal was due to be decided yesterday (3rd February) by the planning committee, but councillors hope to put off the application in favour of "a more acceptable scheme".

The proposal seeks to convert the now redundant village hall to residential use and came before the committee as recommended for refusal.
