I am pleased to confirm that I am not related to Mrs. Queenie Fletcher (last week's letters) and I never have been related to her. 

However, I am grateful to Mrs. Fletcher for bringing this to the attention of Monmouth.

I cannot for one moment imagine who could have started such a strange and malicious rumour.
