A NEW Thai and Greek Bistro is set to open in Monmouth in the former The Whole Earth Thai Bistro premises, which closed recently.

Nok and Roni Thai and Greek Bistro have moved into the site in White Swan Court and is carrying out refurbishment to prepare for the opening.

They are serving authentic Thai dishes, but they are introducing a new Greek menu.

While an official opening date has not yet been announced, this is positive news for the community as another independent business prepares to open.
