Usk residents were extremely puzzled by the appearance of an open male person who attended the Remembrance Parade.
He took preference by laying a wreath before the mayor or the chairman of the county council and our MP.
Could someone solve the mystery? Speculation ranges from a retired general from this county to a representative of royalty. The latter because Prince William was in Afghanistan.
