A TEAM of fundraising adventure-seekers from Monmouth are appealing for help to complete their latest challenge.

The group behind a £1,300 charity trip last year have decided to re-run the epic Monte Carlo or Bust challenge in 2016, this year raising funds for children’s charity WellChild, based in Cheltenham.

Adrian Whitehead and his two best friends, Graham Bridges and Nick Goodhall, have purchased a car for less than £300, and must now make it from the start point in Namur, Belgium to reach Monte Carlo in the infamous banger rally.

To help their trusty steed carry them to their final destination in style, and to aid fundraising, the team is looking for a vehicle spray or wrapping company to donate a new look for the old banger.

Mr Whitehead said: “The car will be seen through six countries in three days with the grand finish in Monte Carlo!
