Congestion reported on M4 at Junction 28 Eastbound. Traffic is moving, but slow.

Note that the Junction 23 road from Rogiet to the Second Severn Crossing will be closed today at 8pm for maintenance. It will reopen on Sunday 24th April.

Roads elsewhere in Monmouthshire look clear this morning.

Both Severn Bridges are open to all traffic.

There are no Met Office severe weather warnings in place.
