Waitrose Monmouth will reopen on Thursday 11th December, after flooding led to a temporary closure of the branch last month. Customers will be welcomed back to a fully stocked store just in time for the festive season.

Branch Manager, Christopher Bluett said: “We’re really grateful for customers’ patience and understanding while we work to reopen the store, and for the incredible support of the emergency services who helped keep our Partners safe during the flood. It’s been a challenging time for the whole community, and it’s been brilliant to see everyone coming together to get the town back up and running.

“Partners across the region have been working hard to minimise disruption to our online services but we know that our customers are looking forward to visiting us in store again. We’re delighted to be reopening in time for Christmas and the Partners and I are excited to be welcoming everyone back.”

Store opening hours - Sunday : 10:00-16:00; Monday-Friday 07:30 - 21:00; Saturday - 07:30-20:00
