Some say he is a pupil at Monmouth School. Some say he has been watched by millions on TV. All we know is, he is Monmouth's very own Stig.Finlay Ractliffe is a schoolboy with the ambition to be the first Welsh-born Formula 1 world champion.At the age of 14 Finlay was, at the start of last season, the youngest driver in the Ginetta Juniors, the support series for the British Touring Car Championships (BTCC).Last year, more than 350,000 spectators attended the series and coverage on ITV reached over 11 million viewers in the UK.The Ginetta Juniors is for drivers aged 14 to 17.
