A Monmouth schoolgirl won two Welsh rowing titles at the weekend.
Last Friday (3rd December), at the start of a busy few days of rowing in Cardiff, Coleford youngster Megan Jephcote took the Welsh Schools gold with a new personal best.
The 12-year-old followed up on the Saturday by taking Welsh National Indoor gold.
Megan is now in training for her next event, the Irish National Championships in Dublin in two weeks' time.
