Max Scarr and Matthew Lovett, both Sixth Form pupils at Monmouth School recently won places in the South & West England U17 cricket team for the National ECB tournament at the National Cricket Performance Centre at Loughborough University.
The South and West England team beat both the North and the Midlands easily, then had a closer game versus London & South East, but ended up beating them by four wickets, with Matthew scoring the winning runs.
