A MAN has been charged with theft offences from three commercial addresses in Monmouth between Friday 17 July and Thursday 10 September.

Richard Griffiths, 40, was charged with four theft offences on Tuesday 6 October.

Griffiths, of Cornwallis Way, Monmouth, was released on conditional bail to appear at Newport Magistrates’ Court on Friday 23 October.
