SIR,

While cycling on Friday 8th November, at approximately 11am between St Vincents Close and Beech Road, via the pathway adjacent to the community centre playing field, the Rockfield Road and the underpass, I very unfortunately dropped a small red leather purse containing a significant amount of money.

I passed some employees of Monmouthshire County Council on the path beside the playing field and further along a gentleman with two small dogs and wonder if they noticed it.
